The Life Time Sea Otter Classic is THE place to test out a bike! We offer an unparalleled opportunity to see and ride the latest bicycles whether you’re young or old, new to cycling, or an experienced cycling fanatic.
If you’d like to take a new bike for a spin, take a look at the exhibitors offering demo bikes, sign out a bike, and head to one of our Ride Zones. With everything from a kids’ zone to an off-road zone (where gravel, MTB and eMTBs are allowed), you can test bikes and take home not only big smiles but new skills!

2026 DEMO ZONES
Family Zone
The Life Time Sea Otter Classic Family Zone hosted by woom features compact dirt on a wide track that offers small bumps with easy turns and obstacles, a fun modular pump track, and an obstacle course. The course is designed for beginners up to 12 years of age. Only children’s bicycles are allowed on this course. Electric bicycles are not allowed in the Family Zone. Along with these great kids’ riding experiences there is also a nice, shaded grass area for families to take a break and relax while their little ones enjoy the toys and games.
All participants are required to wear a helmet. Reference the demo course map above for exact location.
Hours:
Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Off-Road Zone
Try out any gravel or mountain bike (electric or non-electric) at the Off-Road Zone. Open for all to ride, the Off-Road Zone features three different loops, the Short loop, the Rock Garden Loop, and the scenic Long loop. Terrain is on compacted dirt on a single track that offers a backcountry feel with small bumps and more advanced obstacles. Pick your loop or combine all three for a perfect demo ride. This course is designed for intermediate to advanced riding levels.
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. All participants are required to wear a helmet.

Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Track Zone
Don’t miss the unique chance to test ride on the Laguna Seca raceway on our exciting Track Demo course! It is a perfect place to test e-Bikes on a 1.7 mile section of the track!
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. All participants are required to wear a helmet.

Road Zone
Don’t miss the unique chance to test ride on a 2.5 mile round-trip, out-and-back section of the retired Sea Otter Road Race Course! It is a perfect place to test e-Bikes!
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. All participants are required to wear a helmet.

Rules & Regulations
- ANSI-approved helmets are mandatory.
- All bikes must be removed from each demo course by closing time.
