The Life Time Sea Otter Classic Cycling and Run Club Partnership Program welcomes bike and run clubs to join us for four days of the largest gathering of cycling and outdoor enthusiasts in the world.

Sea Otter offers nearly every type of competitive bike racing and recreational rides imaginable for all ages and abilities. And returning in 2027, the Sea Otter Trail Run.

In addition to the unforgettable experience that you and your club members will share, your group will receive a special club rate for your registration plus a free 4-day festival pass. In addition, each athlete that uses your club rate will receive a free 4-day festival pass for a friend!

How it Works

A code unique to your club will be provided for the club leadership to distribute. The code will apply the partner club special pricing. Team members may utilize this code to register and pay for race entry fees on their own. Redemption of this code indicates the participant is an official member of your team. All entries subject to event capacity/space availability.

Policies

This program represents an agreement between Life Time Sea Otter Classic and the participating partner club, its coaches, athletes and relevant support staff. Pass through inclusions and/or entitlements via third parties (e.g. club sponsors, retail partners, etc.) are NOT permitted within the scope of this program. Benefits cannot be combined with other promotions.

Partner Club codes subject to expiration dates
Those who fail to register using the code are NOT eligible for retroactive pricing
Promoting your team’s discount code in public areas (e.g. non-fenced Facebook, Twitter, etc. accounts) is not permitted, as the general public is not eligible for special pricing)
