Designed for retailers, distributors, brands, and cycling/outdoor industry professionals, Industry Connect provides qualified attendees with complimentary access to the four-day Life Time Sea Otter Classic. It’s an opportunity to explore more than 1,100 exhibiting brands, discover the latest products and innovations, connect with industry peers, attend meetings, and experience the world’s premier cycling festival.

Whether you’re looking to strengthen business relationships, uncover emerging trends, or simply reconnect with the community that powers cycling, Industry Connect puts you at the center of it all.

Applications are reviewed to ensure the program serves professionals actively working in the cycling and outdoor industries. Space is limited, and approval is required.

Applications for the 2027 Industry Connect program will open on Tuesday, October 20, 2026.

The Industry Hub:
Your Sea Otter Meeting Destination 

Enjoy this space inside the Expo, exclusively designed to provide Industry attendees with a comfortable and convenient place to host meetings and connect. 

Directly across from the Sea Otter Club, The Industry Hub is where you can do business at Sea Otter. Enjoy covered seating, WIFI, and a break from the festival energy. 

Access to The Industry Hub

    • FREE ADMITTANCE exclusively for exhibitors, media credential holders, and industry credential holders.
      • NOTE: you must have your credentials clearly displayed to access the Industry Hub

Definition of a Qualified Industry Credential Recipient

Industry credentials will be issued to a company personnel who’s brand meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • The core business is to sell cycling and outdoor consumer goods directly to the end consumer via storefront, catalog, television or online. (i.e. retailers, e-tailers, dealers). The company must own the merchandise it sells.
  • The company is a Solution Provider; a company whose core business is to provide products, services or solutions to retailers. The company runs a website, provides an ecommerce platform, and/or processes transactions on behalf of a retailer as a third-party. While an individual consumer could purchase a product, most of the customers are businesses. 
  • The company is a Consumer Service company; a company whose core business is providing services to the end consumer. Examples include rental services, bike sharing, bike camps, bike repair business, subscription services, streaming services, etc
  • Industry related coffee shops & cafes are included in this definition.

Please note: The industry person must be able to provide a business card confirming its status upon request.

Industry Attendees Receive

One (1) complimentary four-day Festival Pass. Each individual who wishes to attend must complete an application. 

We invite companies and retailers to bring more than one person. However, each individual must submit an application.

2. Bring Your ID

  • A valid photo ID is required to pick up your credential

Will Call Hours:

  • Thursday–Saturday: 6:00am – 2:30pm (South Boundary Road)
  • Sunday: 6:00am – 2:00pm (South Boundary Road)

Tip: Plan ahead for your transportation and arrival. As the world’s largest cycling festival, you’ll want to plan for extra time getting to the venue. Please visit our Getting In & Around page to plan your visit.
