Expo Guidelines : Food/Beverage Sampling
Exhibitors and Team/Tech Support who distribute as samples any beverages and food products will be required to obtain a permit from the Monterey County Health Department. Please call them directly at (831) 647-7654 for any additional information. Any liquids sampled at the event must not be handed out in the original full size containers. The bottles/cans must be opened and poured into either 4 or 6 ounce cups for distribution.

Download the form titled, Temporary Food Facility permit application and send to the Monterey office on Aquajito Road.
