Shipping and Receiving Information
 
If you have been to the event before you will remember, there is no area or staff
to receive and store shipments of ANY KIND before the event begins at Laguna
Seca Recreation Area.
 
We have coordinated with local tradeshow service company TriCord to
handle our specific needs in such a way to make your lives easier.
 
If you will be shipping product, please see the categories and deadlines below.
Please clearly label each shipment with Sea Otter Classic and Category.
 
CATEGORIES AND DEADLINES
 
FOR SPONSORS ONLY:
 
VIP and Media Bag Inserts = Wednesday 4/09/08
For event sponsors only
Many of you may want to include a collateral piece to share with fellow sponsors.
The quantity for this insert is 450 Pieces.
 
Athlete Race Bag Inserts = Wednesday 4/09/08
For event sponsors only
A pre-determined product to be included in the Athlete Hospitality Bags.
The quantity for this insert is Eight Thousand (8,000) Units.
 
Awards = Wednesday 4/09/08  
All products that have been pre-determined to be used as Awards. Please
contact Kathy Giger, Sponsorship Fulfillment, with any specific questions.
Quantities are noted in your contract or specifically negotiated.
 
FOR ALL EXHIBITORS:
Banners / Signage = Wednesday 4/09/08
Please contact Zaavy to have your flags, banners, signs, and tent decorations

Shipping through TriCord.
Any product intended for Sea Otter Classic Staff as support throughout the event.

 Sea Otter Classic: Tri-Cord Shipping and Receiving
How do I use this service?
 
1. Go to the TRICORD Websitewww.tricordtradeshows.com
2. Log onto our event pagewww.tricordtradeshows.com/login.cfm
a. Our Exhibitor Kit is: Sea Otter Classic
b. Our password is: soc2008
3. This will take you to a page with different forms to fill out. There is a form
for each of the categories listed here: VIP and Media bag Inserts, Athlete Race
Bag Inserts, Awards, Staff Swag, Banners / Signage, and Exhibitor/Team/
Sponsor Vendor Materials. These forms have all of the costs outlined and
ask for a credit card for payment. Please read the Instructions form
first! Plan ahead and note the important deadline(s).
4. You will need to fill out the shipping forms for Tricord Tradeshow Services
to receive your shipment and have it properly delivered to the event by the
specified deadlines.
5. After you have successfully filled out the forms, you will want to fax to
TriCord at (831) 883-8686.
6. Please call Mina Rosales at TriCord if you have any questions at (831) 883-
8600 or contact her via email atmina@tricord.net.
 
Once you have shipped your product to TRICORD they will deliver it to the venue.
If you have shipped the items you need to build out your expo space, please specify
on the form what date and a time frame that you would like your shipment
delivered to your space. A representative from your company must be present to
accept and sign for the delivery; Sea Otter staff will not be authorized to sign for
deliveries. When you arrive on site please check in at the TriCord Trailer located
next to Vendor Check-In (see Exhibit map on SOC website). TriCord will deliver
your product with a forklift or what ever it takes to get it to you.
