Exhibitors and Team/Tech Support offering for sale any item, which is subject to sales tax, are required to obtain a seller's permit from the State Board of Equalization. The application for a temporary seller's permit is available at: http://www.boe.ca.gov/sutax/staxformsa.htm. and use form BOE-400-SPA.
