MONTGOMERYVILLE, Pa. - April 22, 2009 - Advances in advocacy, the growing number of successful bike share programs and the state of the economy were among the topics discussed by the more than 140 participants of last week's Bicycle Leadership Conference (BLC). The 2009 BLC "Leading the Industry into the Future...," presented by the Bicycle Product Suppliers Association (BPSA), was held April 15-17, at the Embassy Suites in Seaside, Calif.
