Winners of the Sea Otter Classic expert men’s 25-29 and expert women’s 19-39 cross country events will be heading home with more than a Sea Otter Classic race medal this year, as Thule car racks will be awarding each of them with a one-year sponsorship from the company. The sponsorship package includes a new Thule car rack system, racing kit, and the company will cover the athlete’s competition entry fees in 2007.
This year the Sea Otter Classic has enlisted the help of none other than Flickr.com to broadcast photos of the event around the world. These photos will be updated throughout the event, so tune in and find a picture to freshen up that desktop.
