Registration opens February 1st, 2014. Spots are limited and fill up fast
The Sea Otter Classic will be stop #1 on our National Tour for the fifth year in a row in 2014! This all girls camp will be an adventure in mountain biking designed to get girls hooked on the sport and engaged in the Sea Otter festival. We will focus on improving skills and having fun. It is a great opportunity for girls looking to try out mountain biking as well as for those who are ready for the next level of challenge. Camp members will also have a full access pass to the Sea Otter venue, with the ability to meet and learn from mountain biking’s biggest names.
Olympian Lea Davison and other professional female riders play a huge part in the camp with a question and answer session, games, and other surprises. Each camp day will be unique, focusing on different skills and activities. Signing up for multiple days enhances learning (and fun!) with a multi-day skill progression.
Camp will run from 9 AM to 3 PM (Friday & Saturday) and 9 AM to 1 PM on Sunday. Snacks are included, however please pack a lunch for your child. Registration fee includes a cool Specialized/Primal jersey designed by a Little Bella, a goodie bag with lots of stuff from our sponsors, and snack. Mountain bike, helmet, and closed toe footwear are a requirement for this camp.
The Little Bellas is a mountain bike organization whose goal is to help young women reach their fullest potential. We aim to create a community to empower women through cycling, accent the importance of goals and a healthy lifestyle, and emphasize a positive female bond. While this program is centered around creating female camaraderie on bikes, it is most importantly about having fun in a constructive environment.
