  GT Golden Race Series-GT Bicycles is launching its new Golden Race Series at Sea Otter this year. The fastest time on our 19-mile XC course - whether it's a Cat 1 or Cat 2 amateur racer -- wins the GT Golden Bike. The winner will be announced on Sunday after the Cat 1 race.
Here's the catch: To keep the Golden Bike, the winner has to defend it at the next race in the Golden Race Series - the GHORBA Big Ring Challenge on May 2nd. GT will cover the race fee and fly the winner and a friend to the race, where he will have a dedicated mechanic and a personal cheering squad. If the same person wins again, the cycle continues.
